Best EVER Strawberry Jam

Best EVER Strawberry Jam from Palmettos and PigtailsWe’ve been LOVING strawberry season around here!  The weather has made it a little longer than usual, so we’ve been making almost weekly trips to the strawberry patch.  Aside from cereal and snacks, we haven’t been able to keep up with all the berries!  So rather than risk them going bad, I found a great recipe {which may or may not have come from the back of the pectin box!}, which I tweaked until I found the perfect sweet strawberry combination!  And seriously, the BEST EVER strawberry jam!BEST EVER Strawberry Jam Recipe from Palmettos and PigtailsYou’ll need:

1 cup of mashed strawberries {which is about 4 cups of whole strawberries}
1/8c fruit pectin (about 1/2 of the box)
1/3c of water
1 1/3 c of sugar
